When using SQL Server 2005 and DTS related technologies, the web services to run BPM Connect dimension automation require manual configuration. These are packed in a file called BPMCServices.zip. This file is located by default in the BPM Connect DTS working directory. See here for configuration steps:

However, when using SQL Server 2008 and SSIS technology for dimension automation, the web-services are automatically deployed with the installation of the Data Process Control.
The URL of the SQL Server 2008 web services is http://localhost/BPMC_Services08/ and should be located on the application server.
