RefreshInterval setting

A RefreshInterval setting is now available to Data Process Control 3.3.0 and higher.   This setting controls the refresh interval of the feed status page.  This option can be tuned accordingly depending on the speed of the server environment.  For higher performance production environments, this setting can be adjusted to a lower number.

The default setting is 10 seconds.
