Feeds fail when run from Config Builder but work fine from Data Process Control

Symptom:-

User can run the feed from DPC with success but when running feed from Config Builder creates an error.

Cause:-

During BPMC install the config builder (instanceconfig.xml) was configured to run under the ETL account. When firing feed from config builder, failure was occurring as the SQL environment needs proxy authentication, ETL account does not work.

In Addition the Data Process Control was configured to run under the BPC service account with proxy, so when the feed was fired from Data Process Control home page, it succeeded.

Remedy:-

Change the instanceconfig.xml from ETL to Proxy account.
