RTOC Values to 0

Cause – During RTOC for amount in Data map the end result is YTD number, the challenge was that it was creating NULL in the rows where there is no value, Which caused additional steps in data map to manage the NULL.
Remedy – Added the block of code which looks at data type – if Measure then instead of null, place 0

Note Additional fix was applied to above update. Download and apply P_ETL_MAP.SQL to solve this issue.
