When users click on the "Load Data" or "Schedule" options in the Data Process Control, they get the following error:

This error is usually cause by nulls in the CONFIG tables. Check the following tables for null values.

• CONFIG_LIST
• CONFIG_RQP
• CONFIG_RQPS

Solution: Replace the nulls with legitimate values or remove the rogue entries.
