Bug: SSIS ETL Engine Synchronize Issue

When feeds are run in "Sync" mode, data gets loaded to primary vs. write back fact table, index gets rebuilt, and the cube gets fully processed. Numbers still tie out, feed works, however performance is compromised. This issue afflicts the following SISS packages:

1. BPMC_ETL_Engine_v1.1.4
2. BPMC_ETL_Engine_v1.1.3
3. BPMC_ETL_Engine_v1.1.2
4. BPMC_ETL_Engine_v1.1.1

This issue is solved in the BPMC_ETL_Engine_v1.1.5. This change is included in the 108 pack or greater.
